Learn how to prepare, plant, process, and market lavender from one of the industry’s leading growers.
Instructor Paola Legarre has been successfully growing and selling organic lavender for more than 12 years.
This two-day experience begins with a lecture and dinner, where you can ask specific questions about your lavender growing operation and get to know Paola.
Day 2 brings six more hours of course instruction, which include an in-depth farm tour, hands-on learning, lecture and Q&A.
Cost: $475/person or $800 for single operation (limit 2 persons).
Dinner and lunch are included.
