Christine's Cucumber Salad with Lavender
 
Ingredients
  • 2 large cucumbers or 3-4 small cucumbers
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1½ tsp. fresh dill
  • ⅛ tsp. crushed lavender
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Thinly slice cucumbers and mix all ingredients together. Eat fresh or cover and let marinate in fridge.
