Ingredients
  • 1 c. Local Honey
  • 1 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 - 16 ounce tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 TB safflower oil(or vegetable oil)
  • 1 TB coarsely ground dried lavender or finely minced fresh lavender
  • 2½ teas. allspice
  • 2 teas dried or fresh ginger
  • 2 teas dried or fresh thyme
  • ½ teas. of smoked salt or regular sea salt
  • ½ teas. round black pepper
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and , place over medium heat and cook, stirring just until boiling, Simmer uncovered for 6 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate in a jar for up to 3 weeks. Makes 2½ cups. Use on you favorite meat, chicken or pork chops, or also goes great with roasted or grilled vegetables and onions.
