- Lavender Simple Syrup
- Fresh lemon juice
- Fresh mint leaves
- To make plain simple syrup boil equal parts sugar and water (i.e. 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water). Combine one part simple syrup, one part fresh lemon juice and four parts water. Stir thoroughly.
- Add a fist-full of fresh mint leaves, and crush them into the drink with a wooden spoon.
- Fill 12 oz glass with ice, then coat ice with 1 tablespoon of Lavender Simple Syrup.
- For attractive display add lemonade to pitcher or dispenser. Add ice, sliced lemon, fresh lavender sprigs and fresh mint.
